We do NOT store credit card numbers or CVV/CVC codes on the database of this Website.

We automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on the site. For example, we use your IP Address for inter-program communicatitons and if/when stored it will be encrypted. It is not our initial intention, but we may, in the future, use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect, and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL you just came from (whether this URL is on the site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the site or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address. We encrypt and store your origin IP address and may use it to track users' traffic and origin, as well as for identifying you as a user. We will only use your information for our business purposes.

"Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive to assist in providing services. We do not currently use or plan to use "cookies" on any pages of the site, but may, in the future, do so to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, track promotion response, and promote trust and safety.

We are not allowing third-parties to advertise on this site intiially, but may do so, in the future, and may offer special vacation opportunities to past and current users of this Website. You have the ability to opt-out of any email promotions (see the bottom of most pages for that link).

Communications from the site
On rare occasions, it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send users an email to inform them. Because you will have an on-going relationship with this site, "unsubscribing" is not an option. We do not plan to do so initially. Still, We may, in the future, share Website user's usage information with reputable advertisers to target internet banner advertisements on this site. The information they collect and share through this website is not personally identifiable, but on their website they may collect personally identifiable information and they are responsibile for its protection.

Security
This Website takes every precaution and then some to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Website, their information is protected online and off-line through encryption and firewalls. ALL USER PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS ENCRYPTED USING ONE OF FOUR DIFFERENT ENCRYPTION TECHNIQUES. We process credit cards using a service provided by Stripe.com, and their website states they are PCI compliant. Any third-party site to which we connect is responsible for their compliance with relevant laws.

When our registration form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as Phone Numbers or passwords), that information is encrypted with the industry's normal encryption software, including SSL. We do not store your credit card number, CVV/CCV code, and we don\’t ask for social security numbers or driver's license numbers.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ personally-identifiable information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is encrypted and inaccessible to anyone other than the Administrator and technical specialists working under strict privacy-compliance and non-disclosure agreements. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific related job are granted access to personally identifiable information. However, customer service personnel, if any, will have NO access to personal information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment with standard firewall protections. Server host employees do NOT have access to unencrypted personal information. Only the Administrator can see your encrypted information (but not your password, which remains hidden from even the Administrator).

Correcting/updating/deleting/deactivating personal information If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as phone, email, etc.), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. This can be done online. If unable to make the change online, contact us as listed below.

Notification of changes If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this page, connected to the homepage and other pages, and other places we deem appropriate, so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
If, however, we use users’ personally identifiable information differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify users by posting a notice on our site or via email.
